"We had a great experience with VisionScape. The owner, Dan Kulus, is very knowledgeable and friendly. He made two visits to our home as we were considering bids from several companies for addressing two steep grades on our property. He listened carefully to what we were seeking and our ideas for accomplishing it. He made suggestions with his rationale, making clear that the final decision was ours. We found the two-dimensional design he provided for both projects very helpful. The three crew members who completed the work were fantastic – hardworking, friendly, and always ensuring we were pleased with the work as it progressed (even changing the location of some boulders at our request). Dan came to the site as the work progressed to ensure all was going well and we were satisfied with the emerging result. This also permitted us to seek his further advice about a decision we were struggling to make. We went with his suggestion and are pleased we did. I thought the job would take a full day yet they were finished long before then. They came with all the equipment necessary as well. Danny was prompt with getting us on their schedule, stopping over a couple of times to discuss and process our thoughts, got the order put together in a very timely fashion and his crew of 4 very competent, respectful and hard working college age guys were at our house right on time the morning they started. Dan also was communicative via texting when he needed something or when we did. Never waited more than 24 hours for a response. His guys did a great job with all the tasks of pulling out the old and putting in the new. Dan has some technology where he could show us visually what would look nice in our space, and he offered his opinions while working with ours. We felt like the amount of time it took to complete our project was perfect (3 full days) and we are super happy with the results. And we felt like the pricing was fair and in line with other companies. We are happy to refer them to anyone!"
